The Message24 mobile app gives you the same business on your phone: your conversations, orders, products and posts, plus push notifications so you hear about escalations and new messages when you are away from your computer.

What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”The app has five tabs:
| Tab | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Chat | Your conversations from every channel. Filter by open, awaiting reply, closed or all, search, and mark conversations as read or unread. |
| Orders | View orders and change their stage. |
| Products | Browse and edit your product catalog. |
| Posts | Link your posts and reels to products. |
| Settings | Business, notification and account settings. |
In a conversation you can:
- Reply with text, photos from your gallery or camera, and voice messages.
- Insert shortcuts.
- Switch the conversation between Auto, AI and Human. See Who replies.
- Create an order for the customer, or open the existing one.
- Save, share or forward images and videos customers send you.
Push notifications
Section titled “Push notifications”Push notifications arrive on your phone even when the app is closed. Tapping one opens the conversation, or the order for a suggested order.
Choose which types you get in Settings > Notifications in the app: New Messages, Escalations, Unlinked Posts, Order Suggested and Channel Disconnected. These are the same preferences as in the web app, so changing them on one changes them on the other. See Notifications for what each type means.
Settings in the app
Section titled “Settings in the app”Business admins also see settings for the business in the app, including Connected Channels, Dashboard, Billing, Integrations, AI Settings, team members, Order Settings, Categories & Brands and Auto-close Sessions. Team members who aren’t admins see only the settings they have permission for. See Team and roles.
Under Settings you can also change the app’s language (English, Kurdish or Arabic), sign out, or delete your account.
