# Posts

> Link your social media posts and reels to products so the AI knows what a customer is asking about.

Customers often message you by sharing one of your posts or reels, or by sending a screenshot of one, and asking "how much?". When that post is linked to a product in your catalog, the AI knows exactly which product they mean. The **Posts** page is where you make those links, and where you can turn a post into a new product.

Open it from **Posts** in the top navigation. On a phone, if your business uses automations, Posts moves into the **More** menu.

## What you see

Posts synced from your connected channels appear as a grid. Each card shows the channel, the date and time, the caption, and a **Reel** or **Story** label where it applies. A green bar with the product name means the post is already linked.

At the top:

- **Unlinked** shows only posts that are not linked to a product yet, with a count of posts that need organizing. This is the default view.
- **All** shows every post.
- **Search posts...** filters the grid.

The **Posts** item in the navigation shows a badge with the number of unlinked posts.

## Link a single post

1. Select a post to open it. You'll see its photos or video, the full caption and a **View Original** link to the post on the platform.
2. Under **Linked Product**, pick a product from the list. While the search box is empty, Message24 suggests **Products that look like this post**, ranked by how closely the product photos match the post. Type in **Search products...** to search your catalog by name instead.
3. The post is linked as soon as you select a product.

To remove a link, select **Unlink**. Picking a different product replaces the existing link.

## Create a product from a post

If the post shows something that isn't in your catalog yet, you have three options:

- **Turn into Product**: creates a product straight away, using the start of the caption as the name and the full caption as the description, and links the post to it. Edit the product afterwards on the Products page to add a price and other details.
- **Create & Link**: select the **+** next to the product search, type a **Product Name** and select **Create & Link**.
- **Create Product** at the bottom of the page: select one or more posts first, then fill in the full product form. The selected posts are linked to the new product.

## Link several posts at once

1. Select the checkbox in the top corner of each post you want to link. Once you have selected one, **Select All** appears and selects every post currently loaded.
2. Select **Link to Product** at the bottom of the page.
3. Search for and select the product.

This is useful when you have posted the same product several times.
